BOOKING CONDITIONS
Payment for your stay must be made on or before arrival.
The cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and vacation of the cottage is expected by 11am on the day of departure. Please contact us for special arrangements such as late arrival after 7pm.
A welcome continental breakfast pack will be provided on arrival. Please confirm in advance of your arrival if you would like to order the english breakfast option at an extra cost.
Cancellation within one week of the booking commencement or a no-show will result in a request and invoice for full payment.
The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the number which the property is said to 'sleep' (excluding infants under 2 years).
This is a no smoking cottage and due to our own pets/livestock we are unable to accommodate any animals.
No entertaining of visitors or parties without prior arrangement and agreement.
The tenants will ensure that the property, all furniture, equipment and fittings are left in the condition in which they were found and will make good any damage, loss or repair that may occur during their occupation.
No responsibility is accepted for any accident or injury to persons visiting the cottage or for any loss or damage to their property.
